Position: GM/AGM/Sr. Manager-Collateral Management

Place of posting: Hyderabad, Nagpur

Reporting to: Director

Job description:

- Building business through banks for WHR Financing, Agricultural Loans, Commodity Financing, Collateral Management and other financing structures.

- Building and maintaining relationship through continuous interaction with Corporate & bank officials and assessing business opportunities in different locations assigned.

- Creating product awareness among the customers and getting feedback on market and commercial situations.

- Identification of new customers & generating business from them. Maintaining relationship with the existing clients and generating more business from them. Liaison with clients for the collection of payments and service charges.

- Assessment of market opportunities and target the area in the domains of commodity financing, prepare detailed business scope of the area, gather intelligence on customer and competitors of area and Identify potential clients of area for commodity Financing.

- Routine follow – ups with clients for business and for payments; if anyone is delayed.

Desired candidate profile:

- Postgraduate in Agri Business Management (MBA-Agri business) from reputed institute, with 7+ years of relevant experience in Agri input.

- He must be a senior person with deep understanding and experience in marketing/ Commodity Financing.

- Should have good contacts in agricultural finance field and with financial institutions.

- The person must be travel savvy.

Compensation: Shall be commensurate with experience and qualification / matching with the industry norms
