Role : Origination - DCM

Department : Investment Banking & Credit Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate debt deals across the debt spectrum viz DCM, bank loans, structured credit & private credit

- Developing new client relationships and maintain existing relationships with Large and Mid Corporates

- Preparing teaser notes, deal pitch presentations, term sheets, sector analysis, peer comparisons etc

- Good understanding of credit assessment parameters and should be able to structure transactions. Experience in pool securitization/ PTC transactions will be preferred

- To follow and track key developments in credit markets and the relevant regulatory guidelines

Key Skills:

- CA/MBA with minimum 5 years experience in corporate lending/DCM team of banks. Preferably having existing relationships with large & mid-corporates

- Well networked across market participants like bank syndication desk, NBFCs, corporate treasuries, fund houses/ AIFs, rating agencies etc

- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Keen interest to understand and track the domestic debt market
