A Typical day at work: - Write and post technical job descriptions - Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow, Github, InstaHyre, etc. - Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes - Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants- abilities - Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) - Coordinate with technology team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs - Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates - Compose job offer letters - Onboard new hires - Promote company's reputation as a great place to work - Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements Requirements - Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter for at-least 1 year - Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles - Working with Hiring Managers and ensuring the timelines of sourcing are met - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, Boolean search) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Solid understanding of HR practices Why you should consider this role seriously? - We have an audacious vision of helping companies solve counterfeiting problem and managing their supply chains more efficiently - We have built a product and solved problems for some of the largest brands in the country and tested platform at scale (With our tags present in over 50 Million products already).
