Oriental Structural Engineers - Principal Officer - Alternative Investment Fund

- Previous experience as a portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund manager

- Understanding of various asset classes

- Debt instruments like international government bonds, US treasuries, investment and sub-investment grade Corporate Bonds of international companies

- Alternative investment options like international mutual funds, index funds, REITs, InvITs, thematic funds, international NFOs, offshore investment products

- General understanding of bond markets, movement of yield curve and factors affecting yield curve

- Working knowledge of FEMA, RBI, SEBI and IFSCA regulations

- Find investment opportunities, carry out due diligence & assessments on new investment proposals

- Desire to stay appraised with the latest global financial market and macro-economic developments, financial products and regulatory changes

- Good analytical skills, modelling and presentation skills

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit & good communications skills.
