Manager - Finance

Key responsibilities :

1) Project Finance & Corporate Finance :

- Support in arranging various debt funding (fund based/non fund based) for the Group;

- Assist in negotiation of terms and conditions of detailed term sheets / loan documents particularly from debt financing perspective;

- Regular interaction with banks on key matters like interest rate, project performance, refinancing etc.;

- Manage relationship with banks at Group level with respect to existing debt/facilities.

- Maintain healthy relationships with bankers at SPV level, financial advisors, rating agencies, investors/shareholders etc.

2) Strategy and Planning :

- Develop short-term and long-term business plans and financial projections and periodically monitor and assess financial performance/cash flow of the Group;

- Develop financial planning and budgeting tools to provide critical financial and operational information to the senior management;

- Prepare crisp and impactful presentations with analytical insights on key strategic issues;

3) Investments & Portfolio :

- Assist Investments team to evaluate, structure, negotiate and execute potential investments opportunities through bids and / or acquisitions, particularly from debt financing perspective;

- Develop detailed financial models (single project as well as group level)

- Assist in conducting due diligence, preparation of investment proposals and planning and implementation of the integration for acquired assets;

Knowledge Required :

- Good understanding of Infrastructure sector, including debt raising, financing/banking environment, investment environment, investment risks and regulatory issues;

- In-depth understanding of infrastructure (project) financing, financial concepts, and corporate finance / investment functions; and

- Strong financial modelling, analytical skills and presentation preparation abilities.
