Oriental Structural Engineers - Manager - Business Development

1. Identify opportunities for Logistics infrastructure development through Strategic alliance, acquisition or other market opportunities in PAN India and review the opportunity in accordance with company's overall business strategy.

2. Designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services.

3. Adept in analyzing gaps vs required actions for any particular assignment /future project success.

4. Attend key conferences, tradeshows, and events to create awareness and prospect for new leads.

5. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

6. Prospecting structure deals, including valuation and negotiation, troubleshoot problems, ensure legal agreements mirror the commercials, coordinate with concerned teams, perform due diligence, achieve quarterly and Annual Deal Targets.

7. Prepare detailed opportunity assessment reports, project financials, terms sheets, Joint development agreement frameworks, key evaluation matrices and presentations for decision making by senior management.

8. Assists in the completion of monthly targets.

9. Close coordination with project, Finance, leasing & Logistics team in order to examine new opportunities available in the market

Qualifications & Criteria :

1. 5+ years of Work Experience in Logistics Infra business (Warehousing, MMLP, Silos etc.)

2. Good understanding of warehousing & Logistics business

3. Well versed with analyzing financial numbers for new acquisitions in the field of warehousing and Logistics

4. Diploma/Degree in any stream
