Job Description: - Managing the overall operations of franchisee stores to ensure that it is running smoothly - Developing strategic plans to help existing stores improve performance - Evaluating potential locations for new stores opening based on market demand and competition from existing businesses - Ensuring that all store receive adequate training on SOP - Analyzing data to identify new opportunities for growth within existing markets - Monitoring competitor activity in the market and making adjustments to marketing campaigns as needed - The individual should have experience in handling multiple stores in the (FOFO) franchise model. Top 5 must have/skills for the role: 1. Store operations (Day-day activity and customer engagement through BTL). 2. Store Setup- Layout follow-up & Civil work execution. Monitoring of SOP adherence at Franchise Stores. 3. Franchise/Vendor Agreement execution. PO, Service Entry, Provisioning, Forecasting. 4. Collaborating with partners on improving their profitability. 5. Responsible for primary & secondary business growth through improvement in retail KPIs.
