D2C Head We are looking for a young, entrepreneurial leader to grow our own D2C platform. Orient Electric is One of the first ECD brands to launch its own D2C portals last year. This person will lead a young, dynamic team of 4-6 people which is helping us scale the same and build delightful experiences for our customers. The role is responsible for : - Revenue and P&L for the platform - Grow traffic - organic and paid to scale up business - Build brand metrics- awareness across categories, compelling consumer propositions to drive trials - Build superior consumer experience- right tech stack deployment, UI/UX development and optimization, value added features on the platform - Build first party data and support new product launches - Build a seamless back end infrastructure with relevant teams- logistics, service and inventory to service across the country - Partnerships and integrations to scale up revenue, improve conversions and build value propositions - Build additional use cases on the platform as the brand progresses towards a hyper local, omnichannel approach
