Responsibilities:  - End to End handle of PMS  - Understanding Organizational goals and aligning them with the individual goals  - Initiate goal setting process - Balance scorecard and setting up of KRA/ KPI  - Documenting and vetting the scorecards and goal sheets  - Initiating, co-coordinating and documenting the mid-year review  - Focusing on the development of the employees and help them in achieving the targetrs  - Initiating year-end review and discussions along with the finalization of appraisal  - Handling PMS surveys  - Tracking performance of Employees  - Aligning with the training and development   Job Specification:  Exp : 5 - 8 yrs  Qual: MBA from premier B-schools  - Should be experienced in handling PMS process for the organization independently.
