Strategic Alliances (Partnerships) Manager

Job Profile:-


Looking out for Strategic Alliances (Partnerships) Accounts rockstar to build alliances with Partners. You will act as instrumental in developing strategic partnerships and executing the same to meet the individual, team, and organizational goals. This role plays a crucial role to maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards

Typical work week look like:-

- Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

- Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.

- Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.

- Coordinate with Client Technology, Alliance Practice or Sector and Alliance partner on the development of technical elements of the campaign (demos and other tech assets)

- Activation of the campaign into each region through internal and external awareness sessions

- Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards.

- Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.

- Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

- Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.

- Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.

- Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity.

- Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence.

- Previous experience in tech-oriented, SaaS-based partnership management preferred

- Incubate target accounts and land sales motion with Alliance CEs to expand

- Provide Campaign/ Sales motion expertise to accounts as requested

- Cadence regions, escalating issues as appropriate

- The role is likely to require regular travel overseas as well as operate over multiple time zones

Our ideal candidate should have:-

- MBA degree

- 4-6 years experience (preferably more) in enterprise software partner sales, business development, or alliances within the Indian market..

- Proven success in directly managing customer and partner relationships toward business outcomes.

- Strong business and financial acumen and an ability to forge creative solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across functional teams in support of customer/partner success.

- Strong skills in multitasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork.

- An ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver growth metrics.

- Strong strategic selling/business development skills.
