- Design, deliver and evaluate programs and frameworks to improve employee experience, engagement and organization effectiveness
- Assist in devising an overall HR strategy to support the AOP and business requirements
- Various engagements & process improvement projects to improve organizational performance
- Support ongoing process of designing new HR programs that reflect org-wide strategy and cross-functional priorities.
- Serve as first point of contact across all HR areas including Organization Design, Talent management, Change Management, and complex proposal creation.
- Successfully develop staff through succession planning processes achieving promotion of competent staff from consultant roles to managerial roles.
- Hold accountability for driving sales and managing revenues. Instrumental in leading multiple RFPs and private organization proposals.
