Key Responsibility Areas:
- Crafting the people strategy by partnering with Business Leaders and defining key HR practices for their teams (Eg. manpower planning, succession and retention planning, creating a high-performance culture, ensuring high satisfaction etc.)
- Designing and implementing the learning and development charter of the Organizations (training need analysis, vendor identification for conducting trainings, in-house content creation and facilitation of behavioral learning programs etc.)
- Developing the workforce capabilities specific to each business unit through the Training and Development function
- Support career counselors and supervisors in the career development of all assigned personnel by providing guidance on career plans, coaching, and advising/approving required and elective training appropriate for their development.
- Team with global stakeholders to drive key learning initiatives from India across the company globally
- Customize talent management initiatives so that they can be implemented at local level
- Own the - Talent Management- for Top 100 talent at the organisation.
- Coach Managers to have effective conversations with employees on - Individual Development Plans-, - Feedback-, - Goal Setting- etc.
- Developing & implementing organizational development initiatives and employee engagement frameworks that encompasses all business units
- Driving a culture of use of HR analytics in business decision making
