Position Description :
- Organization Change Management(OCM) consultant is responsible for managing and delivering OCM/HR transformation projects to schedule, budget, and quality.
- The role requires excellent knowledge of Change Management Frameworks and methodologies to be able to come up with Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including ; Resistance Management and Training.
- The Change Manager is expected to manage end-to-end change management projects and would need to have a good understanding of project management interrelated process stages i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
- Change Manager must be proficient in stakeholder relationship management and influencing to successfully lead the project team and deliver to meet stakeholders' needs.

- Training Needs Identification
- Change Rollout Readiness Assessment
- Change Impact Assessment
- Communication Plan
- Change Readiness Assessment
- Stakeholder Management Assessment Plan and Engagement Plan
2. Exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits
3. Lead and manage the end-to-end change projects including progress tracking and reporting
4. Design, plan, and deliver effective communication throughout the change cycle
