Organivore - Product Manager

About Organivore:

We are a Series A funded wellness D2C startup. We are building a portfolio of innovative products in the wellness category targeting a global audience.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the digital platform - Website and mobile application eco-system

- End to end ownership of web-based platform - identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap

- Analyse the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve usage, conversion rates and user experience

- Execute the product roadmap and product roll-out strategy

- Collaborate with the design team to define the UX & UI of the product

- Define and analyze metrics that measure the success of products

Eligibility :

- Graduation from Tier-1 institutes

- 4-7 years of total experience; 3-4 years of relevant work experience

- Proficient in the suite of Microsoft Office products and other analytical tools

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Have demonstrated understanding of consumer behaviour and psychology in building products and have passion for building persuasive, sticky products.

Location:

We are headquartered at Noida. Though we are output driven and follow flexible working hours, we are strictly looking for candidates who are present in or are open to relocate to Delhi-NCR.
