Job – Overview

As a part of the Employee Development vertical in HR, incumbent will work on Talent Management & OD projects: including conceptualizing and implementing strategies for Organizational Development- identifying and developing talent for creating talent pool and leadership pipeline, organization design/ redesign, Training & Development programs. The role would also encompass anchoring talent management initiatives for mid / top-level leaders as well as succession management process & career paths for key positions, for all Business Units.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Management:

- Work with the Head HR to design and develop a robust Talent Management Process (TMP) for Middle / Senior Leaders across all business functions. (Business Heads / Sr Managers / Managers / Team Leads) and also lead the end-to end execution as well.

- To identify and assess the potential of prospective candidates available in the internal pool mapped with the desired expectation of the business unit.

- To conceptualize and lead several capability building interventions in the business organization with demonstrated results.

- Designing/ fine tuning of HR systems like Performance Management / Appraisals , KRA Setting etcBenchmark externally to ensure output and deliverables are aligned to industry good practices.

Training & Development:

- To design and implement Training Development Programs (in-house / external) for key positions based on the inputs collected and clearly defined ROI’s.

- To conduct coaching programs for senior executives by conducting coaching needs evaluation, feeding the data to their coaches and aiding them with useful research information for use in the coaching sessions.

Career Paths & Succession Planning:

- Actively liaise with key business leaders across all functions to develop integrated career paths and succession plans for critical positions. Facilitate and lead dialogues on succession – within and across all the verticals.

- Update succession charts and career paths on periodic basis.

Organization Design & Effectiveness:

- Contribute to ground level analysis of competitor landscape and relevant ‘global’ best practices to support design of effective organization structures in various business functions.

- Consolidate and maintain updated organisation charts for all departments in the corporate office and top level Organization charts for all BU’s.

Job Requisites

- The ideal person should be MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed institute.

- Specialized Experience of more than 4 years in Organization development, Talent management, training and change management with a big / mid-size MNC / Indian Company.
