Job Description
- Improve organizational effectiveness while adhering to the organization's culture and values
- Maximize employees- potential and help them amplify their contributions in furtherance of the organization's success
- Assess what is happening within an organization and then conduct an intervention to try and create positive change
- Align human behavior with the organization's strategy, structures, processes, business objectives, and so on
- Help promote the organization's values throughout the workplace
- Will be responsible for organization development, leadership development, OD intervention, capability building, strategic HR, Culture building.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programmes to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization.
- Identify, own and manage risks arising from strategic and operational OD and learning and development plans, projects and initiatives.
As part of leadership team you will be responsible for designing and driving robust organization capability model through structured organization design and development interventions
