Organic121 Beauty is looking for a bright, driven Copywriter to communicate effectively across a variety of platforms and mediums in our unique voice. Your passion for beauty and fashion will reach a conscious, connected and cool audience seeking informed advice and stylish inspiration from a trusted leading lifestyle brand and content provider. Crafting consistent storytelling with relevance and relatability to modern millennials will be key, whether it's quick daily skincare tips and makeup trend pieces on our blog or broader brand communications projects that articulate our core values. Responsibilities

- Communicate the Organic121 brand voice with clarity, consistency, and creativity to a growing audience of beauty, fashion and lifestyle followers

- Provide copy to fulfill a variety of needs, including but not limited to: e-commerce messaging and product information; consumer acquisition and newsletter copy; social media content; signage and materials; corporate messaging and materials for both external and internal use

- Ensure that copy meets legal and regulatory standards as determined by internal teams

- Work across departments to manage and fulfill projects with various outputs and deadlines

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism or related field is a plus

- 2-4 years copywriting experience in online lifestyle or fashion and retail required

- Attention to detail

- Excellent command of grammar

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and resolve multiple projects efficiently, resourcefully, and independently

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Team player who maintains composure and kindness in high pressure and fast-paced situations

- Candidates will be asked to provide a portfolio or writing samples and complete a short copy-edit test
