Organic Recycling - Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager for our subsidiary company Organic Waste India (P) Ltd. The person will be responsible for executing solid waste-to-energy project that is designed to recycle 1000 tonnes of waste per day and generate 10 MW of electricity. The opening is in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, lead, monitor & review project execution strategy including Scope, schedules & resources

- Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback on project targets, design change etc.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, various inter-departments etc and facilitate delivery of project objectives.

- Track progress and review project tasks to ensure project is completed on time and within budget

- Assess project issues (technical & non-technical) on-site and identify solutions to meet productivity& quality goals.

- Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.

- Co-ordination with design team for quality control.

- Developing, Maintaining Work Ethics and adherence of the same.

- Adoption of new areas of practice with Growth perspective.

- Optimum utilization of resources to ensure bottom-line performance of the Organization

- Ensure work safety & statutory compliances on site

Exposure:

- Should have to his credit successful completion of min 3 projects (Similar Project)

- Should have preferable experience in Project Execution of ETP /Power Plant/ Water Treatment/ Solid Waste.

- Experience and understanding of Project quality control, programming and budgeting

- Exp in Contract management
