We are looking for a plant manager for our factory at Solapur, Maharashtra where we are generating bio-gas & electricity from Municipal Solid Waste.

Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for primary function as to manage, direct, and coordinate the staff and operations of the Solid Waste Processing which includes Mechanical segregation, Digestion, Post treatment and power generation.

- Responsible for managing and oversees of daily operation of the Solid Waste Plant which includes
planning, organization, and over all supervision of all activity.

- Assist with preparing long range plans for the plant, conducts research, prepares surveys, interprets results for use in planning, evaluation and decision making, continually monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the complete plant.

- Responsible for regular coordination with HO team regarding plant Operation, Monitoring and trouble shooting.

Prior Experience in ETP/STP/Sugar/Distillary plants preferable having worked as plant manager or similar capacity

Qualification: BE Chemical/Mechanical

Enterprising, energetic, able to manage team & contract workers
