As an organic growth manager - you will be building strategy, milestone and execution plans to drive organic growth. The core of organic growth will be building an engaging community. You will be closely working with founders and core team members. Responsibility: - You will be building strategies and executing it with a team to achieve organic growth milestones - Planning and executing strategic partnership to drive organic growth with different inventory channels - Planning and executing brand awareness through content to create user pull - Planning and executing SEO driven organic growth - Building an engaging community of users to enhance user recommendation of the platform - Experiment and explore new organic growth channels like whatsapp, TikTok, facebook etc. - Experiment with viral content in context to the product to make aware large userbase about the company's offering. - Track key metrics on regular basis & Partner with the data team to validate key findings with data Experience and skills: - 4+ years of experience in organic growth for any internet based products (preferably mobile first) - Hands on experience of SEO, ASO and content marketing with proven track record - Should have fair understanding of growth analytics - Deep understanding of user behaviour on social media applications like facebook, tiktok, whatsapp and content platforms like youtube. - Deep understanding of tier2 and below users of India - Previous experience of building a internet community would be preferable - Preferable if you have a small business in your family
