Location: Hyderabad ,Banjarahills(WFO)

Job Description:

- Prepare and send Statutory Reports to Regulators in the prescribed formats these reports include Financial Statements, Transaction Reporting, Memos etc.

- Support During Exams/Audits

- Monitor and sort incoming compliance related emails and sync with the ticketing system

- Assist the Client team in the US for Annual Renewal of Business Licenses (currently applicable in 48 US states)

- Ensure that the client remains in Good Standing with all states within the US

- Meet filing deadlines (Filing is time sensitive)

- Prepare for weekly calls with the CFO and the Director of Compliance

- Liaison with Accounting and Operations verticals on specific data
