Our Technology-enabled processes help Learning Teams deliver High-quality learning interventions for their business while saving time and money.

About the Role: Work with our SMEs and Niche Partner Firms to create learning solutions that address business problems of our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and define, by working with our customers and through data analysis and research, what type of learning solutions OT should create

- Work with our learning partners and SMEs to create best in class courses and learning solutions for OT Platform

- Apply instructional design principles to create course designs (for Instructor-led training and coaching). Involve hands-on in the design and development process.

- Craft the marketing layer content for every course on our platform

- Work on creating quizzes, assessments, exercises, activities, case-studies

- Create a framework for the measurement of the impact of the learning solutions

- Iterate!

Qualifications:

- Deep Interest and understanding of the Learning and Development Process

- At least 2 years of experience as Instructional Designer / Course Designer

- Interest in understanding various skills and categories

- Strength in either technical or behavioral category. Brief exposure to the other will be added advantage.

- Strong Stakeholder Management skills and strong communication skills

- Consulting and Solutioning skills

- Tech Savvy

- Willingness to learn and unlearn is essential
