About the Role: This is not a typical sales role. A natural flair and willingness to evangelize a new concept is essential for you to help our customers discover the value of Ordertrainings. The role involves More of Acquisition, Some of Retention. You will work hands-on towards acquiring Large Customers. Prior experience of selling training / learning solutions else any professional services to decision makers (CHRO/CLO/CFO) is expected.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create Quarterly and Monthly Plan for New Customer Acquisition

- End-End to execution - from lead generation to sign-up

- Building relationships with CXO level audience

- Consultative selling of learning solutions

- Interfacing with Operations to understand challenges and ensure customer success

- Bring Insights about the market and customers and brainstorm with Product team to come up with new product features

Expectations | Matching Profile:

- At least 3 years of experience in acquiring Enterprise Customers (Large Accounts)

- 3-6 years of total experience in enterprise sales

- Understanding of Service Delivery Operations will be a plus

- Passionate to Learn new things | Thinks with Technology/Automation at core

- In previous roles have taken accountability of Revenue and Account Growth, will be a plus

- Experience working in teams where everyone is taking multiple responsibilities and departments don't have clearly defined boundaries

- Should be an initiator, takes initiatives includes -> Sees issues/problems and goes fixes them than waiting for instructions and acting only when directed
