Job Functions: This role cuts across three functions - Human Resources/L&D, Project Management and Consulting

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work towards building Processes

- Solve Customer Issues

- Understand Customer Learning Needs and Recommend the best matching Solution

- Work (Hands-on) toward development of new learning categories

- Lead Team

Expectations | Matching Profile:

- MBA or Equivalent from Tier-I College

- At least 2 years of Industry experience in the L&D function

- Deep Interest in knowing more about various skills/competencies

- Deep Interest in Adult Learning
