Responsibilities:
1. Oversee overall business case value delivery from the COE
2. Establish architecture framework and standards for business process and service design
3. Establish, adopt, communicate and enforce standards and policies for system documentation, best practices and policies that support an optimized environment related to the domain
4. Assess infrastructure and environment requirements of projects, systems or services and recommend architectural solutions
5. Establish a strategic technology roadmap based on mission needs and evolve to-be architecture to meet business needs
6. Design architectural/technical solutions and define services for a given functional and non functional requirement
7. Define technical standards, patterns and plan for building reusable components
8. Setting and managing standards for data and modeling
9. Development of a data strategy and associated polices
10. Lead, guide and mentor juniors for performing above tasks
Job Requirements - Must Have:
1. Over 12 years experience
2. Extensive banking domain experience
3. Should have clear understanding of the domain Frameworks, Governance models and roadmap definition and implementation
4. Successfully delivered at least two Enterprise-level projects, including at least one involving legacy systems
5. Should have worked on defining enterprise canonical data models based on industry standards
