Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, compensation benefits, employee engagement and knowledge on global mobility
- Manage end to end Employee life-cycle
- Guide and mentor a team and prepare them for the next level
- Be the custodian for all HR Policies in India
- Coach business leaders to have effective and tough conversations with internal and external stakeholders
- Interact with overseas HR members and build relationships with overseas personnel
- Ready to be hands-on in the time of need and assist the business in decision making
