In this position the Delivery Manager will be responsible for team delivering innovative business and IT consulting ranging from business process design to application modelling and systems integration around EEDM/ERP solutions. You will leverage your project management and leadership capabilities to ensure successful project delivery and client success. The Delivery Manager's role is to assure the successful execution of the company's business mission through development and deployment to its customers.

This position requires only physical activity associated with office routines, as well as the ability to travel to locations across the globe.

Base Location : Hyderabad, India

Job Requirements :

- 12+ years of Consulting Experience in SAP implementations with strong understanding of EIM/Data Migration/Data Governance/HANA and must have handled a team size of 20+.

- Strong customer facing skills including the ability to present/demonstrate the SAP ERP/EIM (DS/IS/MDG) suite.

- Understanding of Data Domains like customer/vendor/financials/materials

- Active participant of at least 4 SAP Implementations

- Expertise in handling customer focused and Realization activities with hands on Configuration skills, strategy and roadmap assessments, Requirement gathering and Project Scoping activities, Business Blueprinting

- Exposure in building, testing & validating build from performance, process stability Participated in Go-live decisions

- Participation in practice development by driving new ideas and innovation in competencies to align with organization roadmap.

- Project Management (PMP) certification is an advantage

Job Responsibilities :

Strategy and Planning :

- Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company's services, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.

- Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business.

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the company's services.

- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment.

- Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization's resources are used responsibly.

- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.

- Responsible for client engagement and establish relationships with key client contacts and serve as a key client contact

- Interface with client partners / project managers regularly and focus on growth of engagement

- Generate new business opportunities by way of account mining

- Discuss and influence client needs, expectations, and satisfaction in the area of delivery

- Drive and proactively encourage exploration and exploitation of sales opportunities within the engagement

Delivery Management :

- As a senior member of the company, participate in selecting and deploying relevant resources to customer projects

- Spearhead program management meetings in coordination with other Leads and Consultants.

- Manages the strategic aspects of large engagements and mitigates any risks

- Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.

- Review current best practices and improvise with changing times.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices by attending relevant conferences and reading widely

- Define and communicate company values and standards for acquiring or developing systems, equipment, or software within the company.

- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.

- Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization's investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities, and challenges.

- Establish standards of performance and monitor conformance for staff (through performance review) and vendors (through service level agreements).

- Ensure the company's internal technological processes and customer-facing services comply with community expectations and applicable laws and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility.

Stakeholder Management :

- Strong understanding of consultation principles and tools and ability to apply these effectively

- Develop and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships

- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Manage stakeholder satisfaction,

- High level project management skills
