Job Overview
The Senior Business Development Executive will have assigned territories and be responsible for solution growth with all clients in their region. Partner Specialists work in an overlay capacity with Client Partner/Account Manager in existing clients and are responsible for opening new client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive leadership communication and relationship with key strategic clients by fully understanding their business model, application landscape, and Proficient solutions to deliver value.
- Able to partner with the client to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
- Lead and manage relationships with key channel partners - sellers and technologists.
- Leads and drives customer engagement opportunities from lead generation to deal review to negotiations and close a deal.
- Ability to travel to client location when necessary and healthy to do so. (up to 50% travel)
- Min of 10+ Years of prior working experience in the Information Technology Consulting & Services industry, especially with Advance Technology Group working with Automotive, Edu-tech, Fintech, Health-tech, Manufacturing, Insurance or Travel clients.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environments at Fortune 500 clients.
- Knowledge and experience with structure sales methodologies - Strategic Selling, Target Account Selling in the mandate.
- Strong verbal, written communication, listening skills, customer service, interpersonal skills, excellent collaboration, and team-building skills.
Skills & Experience requirement:
- Total of min 10 yrs. Exp. With Min of 6+ years in B2B/Enterprise IT sales with an emphasis on Enterprise deals and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions etc.
- Excellent Client/ People management skills.
