Role :

- This role is to provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture and partnership with clients. Also oversee the progress of project deliveries and make sure timelines are met.

- Experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

- Optimizing the current process to improve the overall customer experience

- Meeting with business stakeholders to identify business critical initiatives and concerns in processes

- Prioritizing between initiatives based on impact & participate in solutioning with Architect level.

- Work with Project and Technology team to plan releases to augment customer experience and optimizing processes

- Identify process gaps and help plug them by simplification of the process

- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Support in hiring of new talent

- Discussions related to retention of team member whenever required.

- Manage the performance of team member and participate in Performance discussion

Required :

- 10+ years of experience in leading/managing project

- Experience managing and leading Enterprise Projects

- Prior experience in IT service industry

- B. Tech / MCA is the minimum eligibility criteria

- Leading and managing teams across multiple locations

- PMP / Lean Sigma / Prince II Certification
