Were looking for a proactive and experienced sales manager for our team at [Orange Sorting Machines India Pvt Ltd]. The candidate will actively take ownership of our product, support business growth, and foster relationships with our clients. If you have a passion for sales, have excellent communication skills, and love working in an exciting, fast-paced, people-facing environment, youll be a perfect match for our sales team. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Objectives of this role:

- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

- Actively search for new business opportunities and identify important prospects through Market and research. You will be dealing with Owners.

- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales deals. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals analysing performance data, and making forecasts

- Work with other departments (marketing, content, customer service) to maintain and boost customer experience.

- Preparing sales reports with critical targets, trends, and highlights on a quarterly basis, and analysing data to improve sales approach across the funnel.

Responsibilities:

- You have at least three (3) years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B Sales company.

- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

- You are fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada and at least one regional language.

- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress

- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Required skills and qualifications:

- Three or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting

- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Superb leadership ability

- Ability to travel at least 100% of the time

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Motivational speaking experience

- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
