HR Consultant (HRBP)  Responsibilities :   Talent Acquisition:   - Ensure end to end hiring across all levels as per the defined TAT  - Ensure healthy source mix and support linked in hiring initiative  - Ensure effective cost per hire  - Maintaining and monitoring headcount as per the budget  Performance Management :  - Effective implementation of PMS, OOC  - Ensure differentiation for optimizing performance and motivation  Employee retention and attrition management:   - Engage with business stakeholders to plan and implement effective retention measures  - Support business to meet attrition objectives  - Talent retention  - Process owner for headcount management for relevant department  HR Projects and Process initiatives:   - Manage end to end special assigned projects  - Record management and disciplinary issues  - Induction - content and organize for Gurgaon   - Implement Shine @ Orange Program for Gurgaon  - Diversity and Employee engagement SPOC for Gurgaon  - Compilation and release of monthly HR dashboard for respective department  - Provide data analysis for relevant department, as and when required by MSC management and Global teams  Business Advisory and Engagement Initiatives:  - Time to time advise business stakeholders on critical issues  - Effective coordination with Remote Managers and relevant HRBP  - Support any change management and new initiatives like roll out of Essentials 2020  - Strengthen employee connect and communication  - Support talent management initiatives like job rotation, succession planning and career management  - Insourcing and Out Sourcing projects, Global Relocation Projects  - Restructuring in aligned business functions  Skills/Experience/Qualifications:   Educational Qualifications:  - MBA HR  Relevant Experience:  - At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in generalist HR role along with HR Operations exposure  Desired skills/knowledge:  - Headcount Budgeting, Talent Acquisition and new employee orientation  - Talent Management  - Performance Management and Annual Comp review  - Employee Engagement, reward and recognition programs  - Knowledge of Statutory Compliance, benefits schemes,
