How will you make an impact?

As a Senior Designer, you will be a pivotal member of our product team, responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions for our key product verticals. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on design skills and the ability to lead design initiatives and drive best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet high standards of usability and design excellence.

What will you get to do?

- Lead the design process for our key health tech product verticals from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience and high visual appeal.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions based on feedback.

- Ensure all design solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices in accessibility, usability, and privacy.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the health tech industry.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the organisation.

- Drive the development of a cohesive design philosophy that aligns with our company's mission and user needs.

Skills we are looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or any field.

- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in various product stages.

- User first mindset & strong empathy

- Strong design thinking

- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

- Taste for good visual design and interactions

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.

- Exposure to user research and usability testing
