If bringing new solutions to the world excites you, then you should join us. About the Role : Since the launch in Nov 2020, business has grown 30x in 6 months organically. Now is the time to enhance this with marketing. And we're looking for digital marketer, who's going to work closely with the founders to formulate and execute the marketing strategy for Orange Health, to create a new healthcare brand among consumers across India. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Own the digital marketing budgets, and metrics across the marketing funnel, identify levers to move them. - Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external marketing teams to move the levers. - Work backwards from the customer to identify new opportunities for growth. - Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against ROI and KPIs. - Identifying trends and insights and optimising spend and performance based on the insights. Must Have: - 5+ years' experience and/or exposure in digital marketing, and social media marketing at fast growth B2C startups &amp; companies - Good knowledge of all digital marketing avenues and their fitment to various use cases - Demonstrated ability to use content for organic growth and brand building - Strong communication skills - verbal &amp; written - Strong funnel analysis capability, data orientation, and comfortable with writing creative briefs. - Familiarity and experience working with marketing tools, resources, and in leveraging in-house engg teams - Comfortable to work independently without a lot of oversight and direction Nice to Have: - Experience with marketing to consumers, especially for in-frequent, non-impulse based product categories, like healthcare users. - Experience with hyperlocal services - B.Tech / MBA from Tier-I institute Logistics - Compensation: Cash + ESOPs - Health Insurance benefit covering You and Your dependant up to 5 Lacs - Location: Koramangala, Bangalore - Joining Date: Tomorrow ;)
