Responsibilities:
Should have worked with multiple organizations in Hi-tech sector (well-known companies/MNCs/ preferably our competitors).
Experience around 7-12 years, more than the experience the person should be a high potential
Must have's :
- Drive/passion/high energy/ready to go an extra mile
- Good communication and data analytics skills
- Strategic thinking /creative thinking
The thought process and approach to navigate through situations should be robust
- Can work in a complex , matrix environment, adaptable and good interpersonal skills
- Should have a strong network and should be completely updated on what is happening in the industry/best practices etc
HR generalist experience, but preferably should have worked on learning and development/talent development programs, Good knowledge of POSH (Employee grievances) / if has worked on culture/skills, career mapping /job evaluations/learning path creation will be good
Broad scope :
1. Will be business partnering for a few functions
2. Will be actively managing talent management and L&D initiatives (like middle-level development, women accelerator programs, MDP, etc)
3. Will have SPOC role for various things within HR like POSH, employee engagement, Communications, R&R, campus hiring, career mapping/skills paths etc
4. Might or might not have people reporting
5. The role can vary from year to year in terms of projects and the scope of HR consultant /business partnering is also fluid and can evolve
