Job Description: - Proposing functional and technical solutions to the clients and addressing the issues and concerns of the Onboarding tool in order to meet the expectation and consult them on the ongoing issues - Coordinating with Oracle support to get them involved in any of the abnormality in the tool and analyse the expected behaviour of the functionality and review with them the possible reasons of that abnormal behavior - Work across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration - Perform data transformation in a staging database, audit, reconciliation and exception reporting - Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities - Demonstrate strong working across business and technology teams and able to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently - Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with various teams.
