- 20 years of experience in Oracle On-Prem, Cloud

- Manage and grow Oracle practice. Set strategic direction and lead the growth

- Worked as solution architect and provided presales/consultancy support

- Should have experience in handling large scale global Implementation and Rollouts programmes

- Proven track record of managing Voice of Customer and also carry strong business acumen

- Experience in managing alliance, drive GTM and build a very proactive culture of growth

- Provide thought leadership and drive advisory services to help customer in their digital transformation including Oracle SaaS Cloud line of business by assisting them in their digital transformation programmes

- Must provide leadership and management experience for the overall Functional competency development

- Mentored and nurtured Oracle professionals to create a high growth sales enablement team, IP/Tools that ready to market and overall workforce transformation

- Excellent inter-personal skill, with proven experience and thought leadership

- Very strong verbal and written communication skills

- Very strong presentation skills
