We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Practice line Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Oracle practice and ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle projects and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience working with Oracle technologies and a proven track record of leading successful implementation of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Oracle practice, including overseeing a team of Oracle consultants and developers.

- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Oracle practice and expand our client base.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop business development strategies and identify potential Oracle opportunities.

- Oversee the delivery of Oracle projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and project execution.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on Oracle architecture, design, and development best practices.

- Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations on how to leverage these technologies to drive innovation and enhance client solutions.

- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

- Collaborate with other practice leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience working with Oracle technologies, including Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Cloud, and Oracle Applications.

- Proven track record of leading successful Oracle implementation projects, from initiation to completion.

- Strong understanding of Oracle architecture and design principles.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.

- Solid business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into scalable, innovative solutions.

- Experience in business development and client relationship management.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think analytically and strategically.

- Oracle certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM), are highly desirable.
