About Process - Order Administration:

Order Administration is the process which is the first process post sales pitch. The Sales team gets in touch with the Customers and provides raw Information about the Customers, the product or the order that they want to purchase or place.

Order Administration takes care of the entire process right from the time a Customer of Oracle agrees to buy a product till the time the Order is booked. The upstream process as mentioned earlier will be the Sales team and downstream process can be the AR team where we go ahead ask them to raise invoice for the order that's booked and the sales team again where we go back and update them that the order is booked and ask the Sales Variable team to pay the incentives to Sales consultant

Process Management:

1) Must come from Order Management or any Data Transaction Related Process

2) Must be aware of End to End process in Current Organization / Process

3) Must know about Upstream and Downstream process and how its inter-related

4) Should have handled Special Projects

5) Identify and implement continuous process improvements and other relevant functions

6) Should have exposure to Quality Tools

7) To manage day to day execution, including workload management, prioritization, and utilization

People Management :

1) Must have managed Assistant Managers / Team Leaders / Senior Analyst and Analyst Level

2) Capacity Planning and Engagement

3) Differentiate between goals Assistant managers / Team Leaders and Senior Analyst / Analyst Level

4) Must have handled Performance Appraisal and Should know clearly on competencies on which their reporters are evaluated

5) Should have exposure to Solution designing for challenges in People management

6) Identify Training needs, Recruitment and Retention measures

7) Anticipates and prepares for change management Provides effective leadership to the operation team, ensuring team members are motivated.

Customer Engagement :

1) Negotiating and Setting up Customer SLAs

2) Solution Design to resolve customer issues

3) Build Strong Customer Relationship

Mandatory:

1) Open to 3 Shifts (APAC - Morning, EMEA - Noon and US - 6 pm to 3 am shifts)

2) Strategic and Not General in answers, process

3) Open to Oracle Compensation Standards (Not Very High expectations)

4) Documentation for Education and all employees worked

5) Keen and Interested in Joining Oracle
