Oracle Manufacturing Lead - For Industrial Engineering MNC based in Mohali JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for leading a team and carrying out Oracle implementations/upgrades based on business requirements in the area of manufacturing and planning. Tasks would include solution designing and facilitating configurations, unit testing, interface testing, creation and maintenance of process flow documentation, and assistance with customer site installation and training Process. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: B.Tech/B.E /MBA or equivalent REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: - Optimizes work processes - Decision Quality - Communicate Effectively - Manages complexity Flexibility to travel within India and global locations REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules - Expert level knowledge in Oracle Manufacturing Setups, Module configuration and Business impact, Business Process Re-engineering, Solution Design, and Business Process mapping - Should have strong knowledge in various MFG Modules such as Inventory, Bill of Material, Engineering, Costing, Advanced Product Catalog, Enterprise Asset Management, and Quality - Should have a strong understanding of Demand to Release and Plan to Build Cycles - Hands-on experience working with Oracle ASCP - Hands-on experience working with Configure to Order Scenarios - Should have good Knowledge on Business Scenario with Star Parts, Model Configuration, ATO, CTO, PTO - Expert level of knowledge of Manufacturing transaction flow and Business processes - Custom and standard Both - Possess good technical expertise in writing SQL queries, debugging PL/SQL code - Broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family which enables to be in advisory position in Global environment - Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical Global solutions on complex customer engagements - Takes ownership of issues and resolution at a strategic level - Works independently with internal or external stakeholders to identify and clarify complex business requirements - Demonstrate high level of collaboration across Global Teams - Effective Team Management - providing strong leadership to the team and mentoring Team members - Aligning the team with PMO objectives, strategies, etc - High level of collaboration with Global Teams and drive Team towards it.
