Designation –Oracle HRMS(Payroll) Functional Consultant

Exp – 3-8 yrs

Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Required Skills :

- Should have Product knowledge on 3 or more number of HRMS Modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, CWB & OAB)

- Expert on Core HR & Payroll or Core HR & OTL is a must. Knowledge on other HRMS Modules is an added advantage.

- Should have strong understanding on the HRMS Process Flows

- Should have experience in at least Two to three Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements).

- Should have at least one implementation/Upgrade experience on R12.

- Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements.

- Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process.

- Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies and Project Management.

- Should have good understanding on the CEMLI components.

Job Description :

- Understand and analyze customer business pain points and business processes

- Create As-Is and best-in-class To-Be Business processes of customer

- Map the To-Be business processes with Oracle Enterprise Applications

- Use Business Process Management (BPM) tools to create Level 0- Level 3 process maps

- Create business requirements & functional specifications for different functions

- Build complex CRPs / Proof of Concepts (POCs)

- Conduct workshops with customers

- Make presentations/demos/POCs to customers & stakeholders

- Create test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them.
