Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant - IT

Experiences :

- Minimum of 7-10 years of working experience in the field of technology and automation for mid-sized / large organization

- Operates a multi-platform environment, monitor the production scheduling, execution and successful completion of production jobs across applications

- Rich experience of designing technology and automation interventions

- Hands-on experience with designing and executing medium/ large-scale automation projects

- Hands on experience with various HR cloud solutions

- Preferable to have worked in an organization with diversified business

- Should be good at creating test scripts and have prior experience in manual/automated testing

- Troubleshoots, diagnose problems, implements corrective action procedure and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate

- Administers user accounts

- Serves as techno-functional resource to create, maintain and update systems, databases and web pages using front-end tools within prescribed guidelines

- Should have good SDLC knowledge

- Techno Functional expertise in latest HR cloud solutions preferably in implementation of HR self service mobile app, learning, payroll, and other HR solutions.
