Oracle HCM Technical Lead

Detailed Job Description:

1. HCM technical resource with 5+ years of experience with Cloud or EBS HCM. Modules Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence and OTL modules. (Payroll is Mandatory)

2. He must have experience with Reports - BI/OTBI/Infolets/Dashboards, Fast Formulas, Integrations and Data Migration/HDL/PBL.

3. Hand-on knowledge of Security roles in Fusion, page personalizations, HCM Web Services is a definite plus.

4. Java experience is an advantage for the candidate.

5. Should be able to handle client discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills.

6. Onsite exposure is a definite plus
