Role Overview The selected candidate will be assigned for supporting business leader / finance leader for a particular line of business for an assigned geography. The person will be part of Global Business Finance team (GBF) and will be part of GFIC GBF Team in Bangalore.

Candidate must maintain confidentiality as he or she will have access to confidential human resource deployment strategies and salary information.

Business Finance Partner -

Roles & Responsibilities

(indicative - Including but not limited to) - Develop clear understanding of the organisation structure, Go to Market strategy, key business drivers to provide value added support to sales / finance management.

- Exercise effective internal controls and governance to ensure sales rep annual quotas are deployed and key performance Indicators (KPI- s) - quota uplift / rep productivity / cost productivity / average quota are in line with corporate policy.

- Gather, model, analyze and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, compensation trends and rep performance analysis for senior management on a quarterly basis. Prepare recommendations for decision making based on analysis.

- Issues sales compensation plans using compensation tool and track acceptance by reps

- Provide quarterly performance computation of sales reps on a pool target

- Analyze commission rates / bonus and commission payouts.

- Familiarize with compensation terms & conditions and be able to provide advice to Sales Operations with regards to Comp plan issues.

- Liaison and resolve compensation issues with Compensation Admin team and or sales operations / sales management as required.

- Compensation projects: Assist in compensation system deployment and ensuring that compensation policies and procedures are aligned with global polices

- Handle adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.

Profile Requirement - The Candidate should be holding a Professional degree (CA / CPA / CMA / CIMA / MBA Finance from reputed institute) with years of Relevant Experience.

- Prior experience in Relevant Industry / Business Facing Roles will be an added advantage.

- Demonstrate strong Communication / Presentation Skills and ability to work with peers and counterparts in a global / multi location setup.

- Expertise in Office Tools - MS Excel, Power Point Skills.

- Exposure to ERP environment & system based reporting - BI Reporting, Hyperion / Essbase etc.

- The candidate should be proactive, self starter, strong Team Player - Role would require interaction with Cross functional teams (Globally).
