Oracle Finance Functional Manager - ERP Cloud Finance Module

1. Must have done at least 2 E2E implementations in ERP Cloud Finance

2. Should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving skill.

3. Candidate should have excellent Team management, strong communication and customer interaction skills.

4. Candidate with Cloud Certifications will be preferred.

Oracle ERP Cloud- AP, CM, FA :

- Must have hands on experience in configuring Payables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management modules.

- Should be well versed with P2P (Procure to Pay) process and corresponding accounting in Oracle, Core Bank Setups, Bank Reconciliations, Statement Processing, Payment configurations.

- Should be familiar with Fusion processes involved in integrating legacy application with AP, FA, and CM modules.

- Implemented Fixed Assets in Oracle Fusion and must have knowledge on A2R (Acquire to Retire), Retire to Disposal processes and its corresponding financial accounting in Oracle Fusion.

- Should be familiar with Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology and be able to lead from the front during different implementation phases e.g., Requirement gathering, performing CRPs, SITs, UATs, Cutover, Go-live, post go-live support/Hypercare etc.

Oracle ERP Cloud- Project Portfolio Management (PPM) :

- Must have hands on experience in doing functional setups and configurations in Project Portfolio Management module in Oracle Fusion.

- Must have strong expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Foundation, Project Management and Project Manufacturing, Project Contracts.

- Must possess thorough knowledge in integrating PPM with other Oracle Fusion modules such as Payables, Receivables, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management and Third-Party Application.

- Should possess knowledge on project Accounting and the related reporting in the module.

- Should be familiar with Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology and be able to lead from the front during different implementation phases e.g., Requirement gathering, performing CRPs, SITs, UATs, Cutover, Go-live, post go-live support/Hypercare etc.

Oracle ERP Cloud- GL, AR :

- Must have hands on experience in doing functional setups and configurations in Receivables and General Ledger.

- Must be well versed with designing CoA, GL Period Closing nuances and review and analyse the impact of Financial Statements in Oracle Fusion.

- Should possess knowledge on designing reports in FRS, SmartView and OTBI.

- Should be well versed with O2C process and configured General Ledger along with intercompany setups in ERP Cloud. Must have knowledge on AR-to-GL Reconciliation process, Collections and Revenue Recognition implications.

- Should be familiar with Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology and be able to lead from the front during different implementation phases e.g., Requirement gathering, performing CRPs, SITs, UATs, Cutover, Go-live, post go-live support/Hypercare etc.
