1. Min 3 years of ERP implementation experience &amp; currently working with Oracle Financials. 2. Exp with the following modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM &amp; AM. 3. At least 1-2 full life-cycle implementation with Oracle EBS Financials. Requirements : - Functional Consultants who have done at least implementations on Oracle Financials (E Business Suits) - Work with Finance business process owners and relevant Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements to technology solutions - Partners with relevant Finance Process Owners to priorities and implement enhancements. - Ensures defining and meeting Service Level Agreements with relevant stakeholders. - Responsible for implementing new technologies and systems. - Plan and Perform various test cycles like integration testing, system testing, UAT. - Minimum 4 years of IT industry work experience in the areas of finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using Oracle applications - Experience working with Oracle Financials Release 12: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax. - Good Project management, planning and organization skills. - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and Senior management. - Understand the SDLC cycle/Agile methodology - Have good business process, process diagram, CFPM methodology knowledge - Good technical knowledge - software language, proto-typing tools, mocks up etc. - Worked as a product manager/business analysts in some of finance processes.
