Position: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Fusion Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet our clients' business requirements. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to deliver successful Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze clients' business requirements related to financial processes and operations.

- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expense Management.

- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion Finance and other systems.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify customization needs and propose optimal solutions based on Oracle Fusion Finance best practices.

- Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations, extensions, and reports development.

- Conduct system testing, prepare test scenarios, and execute test scripts to ensure quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.

- Support end-users in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and guidance on Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

- Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, cleansing, and loading.

- Provide ongoing support and resolve functional issues, troubleshoot system errors, and assist in production support activities.

- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Finance product releases, new features, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations to clients on leveraging these advancements.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical consultants, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Document functional requirements, configuration changes, and system processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
