JD:

Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)

- Incumbent has depth and breadth of technical / functional/ domain know-how.

- Can work independently on defining solution for a mid side, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program.

- Is expected to specialize in a technology/domain/functional competency area within the organization.

- Prepares a road map for the competency/industry segment in form of competitive service offerings.

- Get involved in practice reusable component inventory and knowledge management. Represents the practice/domain in deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or lead delivery issue resolutions when required.

- Gets involved in assignments in large programs.

- Helps in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new generation business processes and organization capabilities.

Skills Required

- Working experience and should be able to deliver with minimal supervision Able to understand customer requirements and be able to map the right technology tools to be used Should be good at BPEL PM and ESB (or OSB) Conversant with various technology and an Understanding of all process flows.

Expert in 3-4 modules.

- Know the setups and business implications of the setups Design Solutions. Experienced in SQL, PL/SQL, D2K, Workflow, Discoverer, OAF, XML Publisher. Interact with business user and design the technical solution and provide the customization design on GL,AP, AR OR OM,INV modules.
