Oracle EPM Account Reconciliations Role - Transaction Matching

Requirements:

Employment Type: Contractor

Must Have:

- Hands-on experience of minimum of 5+ years' experience with Oracle EPM Account Reconciliations (ARCS) - Transaction Matching module.

- Hands-on experience of 3+ full lifecycle implementations including the following configurations:

- Profiles, formats, and match types based on the customer requirements and business process.

- Match Processes with one-sided, two source, and multiple source matching.

- System settings, attributes, data sources, and user assignments.

- Experience with configuring multiple third-party data source systems within match types (e.g. Credit Card, Point of Sale, Vendor Management, etc.).

- Experience with configuring multiple bank file types (e.g. BAI, Swift, etc.).

- Report, dashboard, and list configuration.

- End-to-end reconciliation compliance process configuration.

- End-to-end data flow design.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand application requirements.

- Assess existing systems and processes to identify application requirements.

- Develop the application based on Oracle ARCS - Transaction Matching reconciliation best practices.

Reconciliation Design:

- Develop end-to-end reconciliation and matching solutions that align with client business goals.

- Create application specifications and documentation for Oracle ARCS - Transaction Matching.

- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure application design meets client expectations.

Application Development:

- Develop Transaction Matching application using Oracle EPM out of box and configurable functionality.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of application.

- Develop test scenarios and scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for client sign-off.

- Conduct issue resolution during User Acceptance Testing and update application development based on user feedback.

- Develop training materials for Core User Training.

Application Maintenance and Support:

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Maintain and enhance existing applications.

- Provide post-implementation support and training to clients, using Oracle Support Services as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, configurations, and procedures, leveraging internal documentation standards.

- Deliver regular status updates to the internal and external teams.

Education: Any Graduate or Equivalent.
