Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant

Job Description:

- Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant having expertise in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or higher.

- Experience in HR and Payroll Module.

- Knowledge of other HRMS Cloud modules (in particular Core HR, & Payroll)

- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.

- Must have problem solving and conflict management skills to ensure change management issues can be resolve quickly and effectively Responsibilities include planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of the HCM modules/functionality of Oracle's E-Business Suite Assist business users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.

- Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which include integrating the Oracle Applications with existing client systems, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.

- Should have experience with standard implementation activities, including requirements gathering solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.

- Be In position to understand and define controls in the system from a solution and segregation of duties.

- Will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction

- The resource should be flexible to travel onsite to UAE (Abu Dhabi) for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. Later, they will be required to support from the Hyderabad location.
