Manager/Dy Manager /Manager Position  Location : Hyderabad  Education : A Bachelor's/Master Degree in Commerce/MBA Finance or CWA or CA   Job Description :   - Meeting business /customer to capture and document business requirements   - Work closely with EUROPE ERP Support Centre Lead and ensure the service delivery for ERP support  - Writing Functional Design Documents using AIM documentation templates and standards.  - Mapping business requirements, gap analysis and preparation of Functional Design documents   - Guiding technical team for development work related to Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Forms customizations (RICEF) to the Oracle EBS  - Coordinating the business users for conducting testing and getting the acceptance for UAT  - Leading team of functional consultant(s) and working together to deliver Quality solutions in time  - Managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations with due process adherence.  - Writing Test cases and execution of test scenarios using testing tools.  - Opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support.  - Resolving/ Supporting any issues reported by the users   - Constantly working together with Business teams to identify the opportunities for automation, enhancement and providing solution through the application   - Resolving /Trouble shooting issues related to application   - Any other task/activities assigned by the management for the best interest of the organization   Required Skills:   - Total 8+years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS Financials Implementation and /or Support projects.  - Sound business process knowledge of P2P and good understanding of O2C  - Must have good functional knowledge and Hands-on experience on Oracle EBS financial modules such as AR/AP/GL/FA/CE/EBTax/PO.  - Should have worked in European localizations of Oracle EBS.   - Well versed with statutory reporting for Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Nether land, Malta and UK   - Should have done at least 2 implementations of Oracle EBS.
